BLC represents Plusmining Corporation in China. Plusmining is a Chilean consulting firm led by Mr. Juan Carlos Guajardo, the former Executive Director in the Center for Copper and Mining Studies (CESCO).

Juan Carlos Guajardo counts on a vast experience on the mining industry from the economic analysis, public policy, and management perspective.

Through Plusmining, Mr. Guajardo looks forward to contributing his experience and expertise to companies and institutions committed to making the best decisions, enhance their management skills, or develop mining or mining-related businesses.

Mr. Guajardo has served as Research Director in the Chilean Copper Commission, Economist in the International Copper Study Group (Portugal), and Executive Director in the Center for Copper and Mining Studies. He graduated in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, holds a diploma of Advanced Studies on International Economy and Development from Complutense University of Madrid, and is currently doctoral candidate at the same University.

In recent years, Mr. Guajardo has been actively engaged in public activities related to the mining industry.
